factory simulation and digital twin development
I partner with Glenvern Group to deliver high-fidelity factory simulation and digital twin projects using Emulate3D by Rockwell Automation - an industry-leading platform for 3D simulation, visualisation, and virtual commissioning. Working directly with food production and processing clients, I help translate real operational data into detailed interactive simulation models that mirror actual factory environments. I have delivered multi-phase simulation projects across a number of Nelson-based manufacturers, progressing from as-is current factory baselines through to greenfield factory design scenarios. These simulations ingest real historical production data to model equipment throughputs, staffing requirements, grading and sortation logic, and packaging flows - enabling clients to identify bottlenecks, test what-if scenarios, and make confident design decisions before committing to capital investment. While based in the top of the South Island, this service is available to manufacturers nationally across New Zealand.
