Projects have ranged from factory extensions, equipment upgrades, NPI and more accross multiple industries. She has a natural and easy leasership style, with the abilty to motivate and engage your team. Louise has also acted as a program manager and technical team member.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Louise began her career as a process engineer in the highly regulated medical device manfucaturing industry. She is trained in 6 sigma principles and gained extensive continuous improvement experience in a fast past, automated environment. Louise now customises these skills and tools to help small to medium organisations continuously improve.
